Bizarre Woman

A 63 year German lady won a huge lottery £330,000 but she tore the entire cash into pieces and flushed it down the toilet after getting drunk.

She did this out of dejection .

After sensing the windfall profit she made, the Care home where her husband died, promptly sent a bill t!onwards his medical expenses. The woman read the letter after consuming five bottles of champagne a few days after getting the windfall. She got angry with the bill and resorted to the bizarre act of throwing the torn booty into the toilet.

Might be the bill amount was more than the lottery prize she got.

Wifi

What an Idea......
If trees serve wifi signals.......which have become the lifeline of many people nowadays.

Not only trees will produce oxygen to our body but also feed our hunger for net browsing.

Any Nuts here

No .  You are wrong.

This is not the picture of walnuts .

Actually the photo shows the Sikh soldiers marching during the rehearsal for the Republic Day (26thJanuary)parade in NewDelhi, India.

What a discipline indeed!  All soldiers making a uniformity in whatever they do.

SALUTE THE LARGEST DEMOCRACY IN THE WORLD.

Success rarely comes before Failure

Even in the dictionary, "Success" comes after "Failure" only,  unlike "Work"which occurs after Success  in dictionary.

So, understand that though you work hard , you are bound to confront failure.
That failure might occur once or many times.
But never give up and keep on working with your aim at Success only.

Definitely you would get success ultimately.
That success will taste sweeter than any thing else. Like seeing a fruit in a tree grown with care.

Never Give up your efforts until you reach your goal.

Best Practices of Commenting

Everyday we are reading so many  articles or blogs offline or online.  We tend to feel or think over the ideas or information that we read. Some of us do use them for our guidance while some make us reflect  by way of  writing comments or  feedback. However, such reactions need to be genuine and polite.  The following are the 7 best ways of making your comments or feedback.

1. Use your real name (i.e., not a keyword, a website name, company name, or generic alias). A real name strengthens your brand as an authority in your area as well as increases transparency and trust.

3. You naturally promote yourself by providing unique insight – let this exude your confidence in your expertise, rather than blatantly promoting yourself in another blogger’s comments section.

3. Be relevant to the the blogger’s topic as well as their reader’s interests and  needs.

4. Provide thoughtful commentary that shows you read the post, understood it, and have your own unique insights to bring to the table.

5. Make careful and calculated assertions without provoking arguments or will jump to conclusions before taking in the full context. This can backfire  Read, ask for clarification if you need it, and then provide your insights.

6. Prior to submitting your comment, proofread for any wayward grammar as well as destructive commentary that was written out of anger (it will only hurt your credibility and embarrass the blogger).

7. Most blogs will prompt contact information prior to commenting (e.g., website address). Use this as an opportunity to allow other people to connect with you, but don’t push it. If there isn’t a proper place for the link (i.e., a field provided), link at the end of your comment with a contextual lead-in. And like your articles, ensure your link leads to relevant content.

Hope the above is useful for a healthy and meaningful  commenting on another blog or article.

Marriages made in....

The opinion differs from person to person depending the experiences they had or have.

Some people say" Marriages are made in Heaven"
Some others deny this strongly as" No. They are made in Hell"
Still some others say " Marriages are made in Heaven but life is made boring on earth.

Bachelors are a happy lot as no such problem  is confronted by them. Because, they are ignorant of or averse to the marriage itself.

Whatever said, they are the expressions borne out from the perceptions of actual life.
But for a person with a balanced and practical mind will never make such declaration as "Marriages are made in Hell" .

How you treat the various situations in our life , whether with understanding or without self confidence , is all that matters.  Only when we know the reality of life process, which is common to all living things on this earth, we learn to appreciate the plus and minus of life.

Then only a person will have a wholesome and meaningful life.

How to Meditate ?

Meditation has been cited again and again as an incredible benefit that regulates emotion (including stress) as well as improves verbal reasoning, attention span.About 30 minutes of meditation daily could help improve symptoms of anxiety and depression ,according to a research study.

Meditation isn't easy - at first. Don't feel bad if you can't sit still for more than 3 minutes when you initially begin. It takes practice. Allow meditation to become a part of your routine and you will build momentum. Hinduism is the source of this valuable tool for enhancing and leading a peaceful and productive life.

How to do meditation?
  1. Find a comfortable and quiet space.
  2. With your eyes closed, sit on the floor (or on a cushion on the floor) in a cross legged position. Rest your hands in your lap or you can choose to rest your hands palms up on your knees or thighs. Alternately, you can lay on your back on the floor with your palms facing up and feet shoulder-distance apart. This is what yogis call Savasana or "corpse pose."
  3. Check for any tension you may be holding. Gently shake your head up and down, left to right to release neck tension. If you're seated, allow your head to rotate forward slightly so the crown of your head is up.
  4. Breathe evenly to relax. Imagine your breath is a calm ocean wave coming into shore and receding back from the shore.
  5. In your mind, repeat a mantra. This can be a phrase, a question, a problem, or any obstacle you are trying to find a solution to overcome. "OM" or "AUM" is the beneficial mantra used by Hindus to practise meditation.
  6. Be patient and unembarrassed. Allow yourself to be in this meditative state: let go of distractions. Your solutions, answers, and ideas will come to you.
You can meditate anywhere from 10, 30, or 60 minutes.

When you come out of your meditative state, don't immediately get up or you may risk a dizzy spell. Simply open your eyes and allow your breathing to return to its normal state for a minute and then get up. If you have meditated while laying on your back, roll onto your side for a minute and then come to a seated position. Once your breathing has returned to normal, feel free to get up.

Tonic

Anything that Motivates the fatigued or sick body or mind can be termed as Tonic.

When you feel often tired or exhausted, you feel like eating or doing something that induces or stimulates your system to become active and energetic .

For example, by seeing a fresh flower or by reading a good book or by listening to soothing music or pep talk of experts, We tend to feel recharged in our mind.

However, to make your body free from the fatigue or the after effects of a disease cured already, we consume special preparations of medications called "Tonic" .

Even the comforts of consolations from others are in the nature of Tonic only.

The encouragement and cheers given to a person for competing in anything is also a tonic .

But consumption of anything that temporarily induces a person to perform better cannot be termed as Tonic. Liquor, Tranqullizer and Steroid are some examples for this nature.
